The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Organization Change Management (OCM) & Training Intern is a vital member of the Hayward ERP core team, collaborating with OCM and training consultant’s vendor, and Human R resource for go-live readiness. This role involves assisting implementation of lifecycle activities, providing a unique opportunity to learn about the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform, technology integration, and aligning OCM and training strategies in a professional setting

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in OCM and Training project and stakeholder meetings. Provide feedback and contribute to problem solving sessions.
- Support OCM communication delivery, change management plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Collaborate with OCM consultants and ERP Program leader on communication plan execution and messaging, communication channels, communication distribution, such as announcements and training related updates.
- Update intranet Sharepoint project site.
- Accurately maintain and update ERP End User Master List lists, and create distribution list.
- Document key insights and follow-up on assigned actions from meetings and training sessions.
- Support ERP Learning & Development (L&D) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives, coordinate and manage training material delivery between consultants and HR partners.
- Assist with training logistics, providing administrative support to ensure project success.
- May require commuting to manufacturing and/or distribution sites in Clemmons, NC and/or Mocksville, NC for implementation meetings, and Conference Room Pilot (CRP).
Education and Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Interest in ERP systems, business operations, learning and development
- Basic understanding of business processes such as finance, supply chain, and/or operations (preferred but not required).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, creating and updating Sharepoint site).
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or similar software is a plus, but not required.
