- Work with the Manufacturing Engineering team to analyze and improve production assembly processes, equipment layouts, and workflow.
- Reduce downtime and waste by applying Lean Manufacturing and 8 Wastes reduction techniques.
- Balance production lines and streamline activities to increase output and reduce costs.
- Learn how to calculate and improve production efficiencies.
- Gain experience working with an ERP system for manufacturing operations.
- Participate in Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with interns from Robotics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials, and Continuous Improvement teams.
- Develop troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for real-world problem-solving.
