As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to a company's supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, and recommend improvements aimed at maximizing cost-effectiveness and ensuring timely delivery of products throughout the supply chain, from raw materials to the customer.

As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to a company's supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, and recommend improvements aimed at maximizing cost-effectiveness and ensuring timely delivery of products throughout the supply chain, from raw materials to the customer.
Responsibilities
- Leverage data analytics to streamline direct / indirect spend and inventory management processes.
- Drive cost efficiencies and optimize supply chain performance by implementing strategic initiatives across vendor and commodities management.
- Assist in the adoption and integration of new technologies, including AI tools, across all facets of the supply chain.
- Collaborate closely with commodity managers, transportation teams, and plant managers to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize advanced tools and technologies to identify potential risk exposures within the supply chain.
- Develop and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies to ensure the resilience and reliability of supply chain operations.
- Use cutting-edge tools and analytics to continually assess and improve supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and the latest industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or related industry is required.
- Master’s degree in supply chain management, or MBA preferred.
- Two or more years’ experience in a supply chain analyst role or related position.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Project/Negotiation/Contract management skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proved ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively to accomplish objectives as both a team member and team leader.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to generate and work with Excel models while simultaneously implementing new business enterprise systems.
- Ability to travel 15-25% of the time, nationally or internationally as required.
