TeamHealth is seeking a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to join our hospital medicine (HM) team at Haywood Regional Medical Center in Clyde, North Carolina. Haywood Regional Medical Center features 154 hospital beds with 12 ICU beds and an American College of Cardiology-accredited chest pain center. Enjoy working in the heart of the Appalachian Trail at this Duke Lifepoint hospital located just 30 minutes from Asheville, North Carolina.
As an advanced practice provider (APP) on this team, you will enjoy a 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday, 12p-8p) and will be responsible for taking new admissions. With this schedule, this position includes PTO and full-time benefits. ALCS / BLS certifications, along with a North Carolina license and DEA are required.
