About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team as a Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the operating room and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of OR nurses, technicians, and other staff members
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient safety and satisfaction
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited BSN program required, Master's Degree preferred
- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State
- Minimum of five years of progressing operating room nursing experience
