Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, menu offerings, and food pairings.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring product usage.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with banquet services or special events as required.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices within the food industry.
• Excellent sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
• Experience in fine dining or upscale establishments is preferred.
• Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
• Exceptional hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Experience in banquet service is a plus.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques is beneficial for crafting specialty drinks.
