Client Engagement : Initiate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Growth : Drive sales growth through active prospecting and structured sales processes to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
Policy Management : Efficiently manage and maintain accurate records of client insurance policies and ensure timely renewals and modifications as needed.
Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Market Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to offer informed and relevant advice to clients.

Requirements
Licensing : Active Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
