The Ocean Springs School District Board of Trustees seeks an outstanding educational leader to serve as Superintendent of Schools beginning on July 1, 2023.

The Board of Trustees are looking for an innovative educator who will not only continue to uphold the rich traditions and success of the high-performing district but also continue to elevate our students and staff to their highest potential. Specific desired leadership characteristics and qualifications are expected to be available and posted on or around February 28, 2023. Candidates must possess appropriate certification or be immediately eligible to obtain the same. A multi-year contract will be offered with a salary in the range of $200,000 per annum subject to negotiation based on qualifications and experience.
