Status/Shift: Per Diem, Variable Shifts Pay Range: $33-$36/hour
Position Summary/Requirements: High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred. California Food Handler's Card or Managers ServSafe Certification required. 2 years of experience in a related field preparing specialized diets. Ability to identify and correct food safety and sanitation concerns. Thorough knowledge of hot and cold food preparation. Ability to prepare quantity foods following standardized recipes, production chart and menus. Working knowledge of customer service and menu planning.
Salary : $33 - $36
