We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and elevate the customer experience while driving sales and operations.

Job Description:

As the Boutique Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of our boutique, including team leadership and scheduling, constant customer service excellence, inventory management including visual merchandising, dedicated focus on driving business revenues, and consistent marketing and social media. You will be the face of the boutique, responsible for ensuring a high-quality shopping environment for our guests, motivating your team to meet and exceed targets, and maintaining the boutique’s stylish and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a passionate team of sales associates. Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive fun work environment.
• Sales & Performance: Set and achieve monthly sales goals, monitor key performance metrics, and develop strategies to improve sales.
• Customer Experience: Ensure high-level customer service and personalized shopping experiences. Handle all customer inquiries, orders, and market current clientele list.
• Visual Merchandising: Oversee the store layout, displays, and visual presentation to maintain a chic and engaging store ambiance. Clean and organized. Easy to shop.
• Inventory Management: Create items, orders, and receive new stock including tagging, steaming and merchandising. Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and order supplies to ensure the boutique is always well-stocked and organized.
• Marketing & Events: Collaborate to create dynamic marketing plan to drive new business to our store. Including but not limited to networking with other businesses in town, creating events, promotions, and social media content to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle daily financial transactions, reports, and any other administrative duties, including managing store opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion, luxury, or boutique environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Passion for fashion and customer service and truly enjoy what you do.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage store operations and meet financial targets.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory software, and retail management tools.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
