Overview of Role :
As a member of HVH's Property Management team, you will assume responsibility for the daily execution of our Resident Experience business vertical with a focus on Collections. This encompasses post-move in activities related to keeping tenants in their homes including Post Move In Onboarding, Collections, Delinquency and some participation in the Renewal processes. You will be tasked with managing both up and down as you work with HVH Business Line Heads and a growing support team to ensure ours is the most effective Resident Experience program in the SFR industry. Your role will be integral in overseeing the complete resident experience as it pertains to rent payments and collections.
Responsibilities :
- Run daily communications around our collections efforts including developing and implementing program for late notices, follow up campaigns etc..
- Own the data integrity of our collections and delinquency process, ensuring Propertyware notes are up-to-date to enable reporting and collaboration
- Collaborate with Business Line Leadership to design, approve and work directly with tenants on payment plans
- When necessary, manage eviction filings and corresponding funnel activities inclusive of scheduling court appearances and Sheriff lock outs.
- Improve and execute our renewal pipeline. This means creating renewal offers, managing follow up campaigns, preparing leases when offers are accepted, and changing statuses and notes in Propertyware as needed.
- Contribute to Renewal Pipeline Reporting for Leadership Team and Longmark Group
- Assist in creating HVH's Section 8 Program to ensure we are in compliance with fair housing regulations and can receive HAP Payments
- Roll up sleeves with and for other Business Lines of HVH both strategically and at the execution level – there's opportunity here for Leading, Shaping, & Doing!
