As a Transaction Coordinator at Hazel Valley Homes, you will play a vital role in supporting our real estate direct acquisition business. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to grow within the company, starting with core contract drafting tasks and progressively taking on more responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn and advance in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities :
- Draft Purchase Offers on State Forms for MLS listings
- Assist scheduling final walkthroughs
- Work closely with the Direct Acquisition Transaction Manager to support their deal pipeline
- Provide vacation coverage for Direct Acquisition Transaction Manager (as needed)
- Ensure accurate system data and maintain completed deal document sets
- Preliminary review of HOA documents to verify the absence of rental restrictions
