Expected Outcomes:
- 15 Days: Complete orientation with Hazelbrook’s mission, operational protocols, and team dynamics; establish effective interdepartmental communication.
- 30 Days: Show expertise in clinic schedule management, staff coordination, and client service workflows; begin tracking outcomes to offer improvement initiatives in the future.
- 45 Days: Lead in driving operational efficiencies, boosting team performance, and enhancing client experiences; hone processes to streamline company-wide SOPs.

Must Have:
- Skills: Effective communication, reliability, tech proficiency, adaptability, teamwork.
- Recovery Status: For recovery candidates, a minimum of 1 year sustained abstinence.
- Technology Experience: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and familiarity with healthcare-related software.
- Professional Experience: 1 years experience as a clinical admin and 1 years experience with Medicaid.

- Experience: Prior engagement with substance use disorder clients.
- Expertise: Knowledge in psychotherapy and treatment modalities for substance abuse.
- Education: Advanced degree in a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant professional certifications.

Schedule/Location:
- On-Site: Hazelbrook Community Center in Aurora, CO.
- Hours: 40 hrs. per week (M-F 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.)
Compensation:
- Range: $22-29/hr. based on experience and qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
