About the Role:
- Outpatient Clinical Support: Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions. Monitor and document client progress.
- Client Engagement: Provide emotional and motivational support to clients throughout their recovery journey. Collaborate with families and other support networks to enhance recovery outcomes. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet clients’ unique needs.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Coordinate with other healthcare providers and community resources. Participate in case reviews and team meetings to ensure continuity of care.
Expected Outcomes:
- 15 Days: Build strong therapeutic relationships and start effective treatment plans.
- 30 Days: Show measurable progress in client recovery and enhance team coordination.
- 45 Days: Contribute to strategic direction, support evidence-based practices, and improve clinical team performance.

Must Have:
- Experience: At least 1 year of post-grad work experience.
- Credentials: Valid Colorado practice license (CAS, LACC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LAC).
- Registration: Must be registered with DORA.
- Skills: Strong communication, dependability, tech-savvy, flexibility, team player.
- Recovery Status: For candidates in recovery, a minimum of 3 years of abstinence is required.
- Clinical Excellence: Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and goal re-evaluation across various care levels.
Nice to Have:
- Experience: Prior work with substance use disorder clients, IOP preferred.
- Education: Masters in a behavioral health field.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of psychotherapy and treatment modalities for substance abuse.
Schedule/Location:
- On-Site: Hazelbrook Community Center in Aurora, CO.
- Shifts: Flexible with IOP sessions in morning, afternoon and evening.
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000/yr.
