Responsibilities :
Carry out general maintenance functions to assure clients and staff a safe and comfortable environment.
- Required Technical Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Ensure that high standards of safety are developed, met and maintained
- Ensure that facility and grounds are maintained in accordance with relevant regulations, agency standards and fiscal considerations.
- Ensure that equipment and furnishings are maintained in a safe, operable condition and / or arrange for replacement
- Arrange for or provide training for staff and clients as relates to safety and maintenance topics
- Perform all job functions in a safe manner to minimize risk of injury to self and others
