Job Description
This role involves working with our Production team to manufacture large steel casting belts from steel sheets and coil stock using automatic and semi-automatic machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for manipulating the belts on and off the equipment, promoting teamwork and ensuring a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong commitment to safety, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently when needed. You should also be driven to learn and acquire new skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and maintaining attention to detail. Additionally, mechanical ability/experience, experience with construction/carpentry tools and automated machinery, and experience operating a forklift (if applicable) are highly desirable.
