What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2025 Summer School Elementary Librarians position at Hazelwood School District?
Summer school teachers must be properly certified in the appropriate content area.
Teachers in the summer school program will earn
Elementary Teacher , Teacher, Nurse, Librarian, Counselor, Sunny Start: $3,360 stipend plus up to 20 hours of time and effort ($40 per hour) for training, setting up rooms and Open Houses
Summer School sessions will begin as follows:
Elementary Schools:
- June 2 – June 25, 2025
- No School on June 19th
- 8:50am – 2:00 pm
Librarians will be split between the following schools. Librarians will travel to the following locations. The bolded location serves as the primary location:
- Armstrong, Garrett, Russell, McNair and Brown
- Lusher, Walker, McCurdy, Lawson, Coldwater
- Barrington , Jamestown, Townsend, Keeven, and Jury
- Twillman, Granneman, Arrowpoint, Larimore
Summer employment is contingent upon enrollment.
