What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2025 Summer School Elementary Sunny Start T.A./B.A. position at Hazelwood School District?
Summer school support staff must have an active substitute teacher certification.
HSD employees will be paid their current hourly rate. External hires will be paid $15.30 per hour. Substitute Teachers that possess a teacher's certification will receive $16.85.
Summer School sessions will begin as follows:
- June 2nd- June 25th, Monday throuhg Thursday only (15 days)
- No school on June 19th
- 8:50am-2:00pm
- Sunny Start (transition program for incoming kindergarteners)
- 2024-2025 Grades K-5
- Each course must be at least 2 1/4 hours per day (at least 30 hours by the end of summer school)
Summer employment is contingent upon enrollment.
