Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB preferred, BCBA-eligible to be considered
- Applicant possesses 1-3 years of experience working with children ages 3-5 with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities
- Applicant requires a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or similarly related field of study
Essential Functions:
- Assist the diagnostic team in determining eligibility of service needs for students requiring utilization of applied behavior principles
- Attend IEP meetings to help develop appropriate goals and objectives and create transition plans
- Conduct functional assessments and functional analyses
- Develop and monitor functionally based behavior intervention plans
- Help to develop and implement Positive Behavior Supports in the Early Childhood program
- Develops, facilitates and conducts training utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis to teachers, therapists and staff
- Completes student skill assessments and develop classroom and individual student programs accordingly
- Participate on the Leadership Team for PBIS and ECE
- Participation in crisis intervention
- Develops and identifies resources and support information for staff and students
- Other duties as necessary
Period of Employment: 12 months
Salary : $58,836 - $95,708
