What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Principal Architect position at Hazen and Sawyer?
The Senior Principal Architect is responsible for design and management solutions that support the needs of Hazen client base. Develop schematic and complete design solutions in accordance with Hazen design standards. Coordinate with internal including engineering, project management, construction estimating, construction field staff and building code officials as well as external consultants to provide solutions that deliver the design intent effectively and efficiently. Participate in document production with other teams to ensure that all building components are fully integrated with one another.

Requirements :
- 10 years broad-based architectural experience, including building infrastructure design.
- Professional license and NCARB certificate or ability to obtain NCARB Certificate.
- Experience with budget / schedule, and quality responsibility.
- Experience in public bid projects.
- Proficiency in Architectural design and quality responsibility.
- Knowledge of building systems and their coordination / integration; Architectural, Structural, MEP, Civil
- Knowledge and working experience with building codes, environmental regulations and sustainability concepts.
- Demonstrate experience with appropriate materials use and methods of construction, development of construction details and specifications of materials.
- Proficient in Revit BIM software and AutoCAD a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, and Bluebeam.
