QC Lab Technician- 2nd and 3rd shift

Position Summary
We are currently seeking an individual with 1-3 years of experience working in a quality control environment. This is an entry level position. Applicant, at a minimum, must have a high school diploma or GED and a firm grasp of basic math skills. They must have good computer skills. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Collect raw material and work in process samples for testing and transport sample materials between buildings.
- Visually and dimensionally inspect and test materials to ensure that they conform to defined standards.
- Enter testing results into logs and QC software.
- Communicate with other QC technicians, machine operators, production supervisors and managers.
- Keep work area clean.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
- May be required to work overtime including weekends and holidays.
