Position : Field Team Member, Leader
Responsibilities :
Perform various construction tasks such as framing, finish work, and general carpentry.
Follow safety protocols and regulations on-site.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Qualifications :
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Valid driver's license.
Proven construction experience in :
Framing
Siding
Window and door installation
Plumbing
Electrical
Trim
Flooring
Drywall
Painting
Concrete Forming
