Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of the Blast Furnace and casting processes.

- Direct cast house operators in executing casting operations.

- Manage shutdown and startup procedures, including necessary gas system purges.
- Conduct training for crew members and promote effective communication between team members and management.

- Proven experience in industrial operations.
