Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the operation and maintenance activities of the Steel Producing facility.
- Provide leadership to the crew, ensuring a commitment to a safe and efficient work environment.
- Direct maintenance efforts to uphold reliable operations and enhance product quality.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate key performance metrics effectively to leadership and report on operational progress during shifts.
- Administer disciplinary actions as necessary while managing a team of approximately 8 hourly workers and collaborating with maintenance personnel.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities in an industrial setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- High School Diploma is a minimum requirement.
- Two years of operations supervisory experience in an industrial environment, ideally in a union facility, or a candidate with relevant leadership experience in a manufacturing context.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five years of experience in an industrial environment, with three years in a supervisory role within steel manufacturing operations.
