- Engage in design, planning, layout, site development, and installation of manufacturing equipment and facilities.

- Collaborate with operational managers to optimize equipment efficiency and identify preventative maintenance improvements.
- Execute capability studies for processes or equipment and propose enhancements for management approval.

- Assist in troubleshooting instrumentation and controls, along with repair and project development.

- Proficiency in PLC programming, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Experience in the metals industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication capabilities at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks Professional and AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing a variety of engineering projects and providing effective solutions.
