Experienced Commercial Service Dispatcher

This position involves coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided. The Service Dispatcher acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, handling inquiries, resolving issues, dispatching, and ensuring that all service requests are promptly addressed.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Answering phones, scheduling with customers, dispatching technicians, entering work orders, ordering parts from manufacturers/distributors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including dispatching software, email, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology is desirable but not required.
- Multitasking and good record-keeping skills are a plus
