What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Service HVAC Technician position at HB Global LLC?
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for our growing Service Department.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose defects in air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial properties
- Replace/repair defective parts including thermostats, fan controls, damper motors, filters, compressors, pressure controls, and safety valves
- Installation of new air conditioning systems
- Maintain good communication with dispatch and management
- Keep company truck clean and organized
- Manage truck inventory
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Full-time work schedule, Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (normally)
Qualifications:
- EPA Certification
- Five or more years of HVAC technician experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean Driving Record
- Drug-free
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
