We are currently seeking a skilled Copperfitter to join our team. The Copperfitter will be responsible for installing and repairing copper piping systems in various settings.
Responsibilities:
- Cut and prepare copper and schedule 40 Steel for Hydronic Systems
- Install various equipment and components
- Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
- Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
- Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
- Measure and Cut Pipe
- Work with team to hang pipe working ahead of welders
- Previous work with Copper and Black pipe
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Copperfitter or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of copper fitting techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to handle copper pipes and equipment
- Attention to detail and precision in work
