We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team and be responsible for the layout, installation, and commissioning of various commercial HVAC and plumbing systems and equipment to ensure efficient and reliable performance. The ideal candidate will have experience with packaged RTUs, make-up air units, exhaust fans, motorized dampers, water heaters, boilers, pumps, chillers, split systems, mini-splits and water source heat pumps.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Layout, installation, and commissioning of commercial HVAC and plumbing equipment, refrigeration piping and medical gas lines
- Perform high and low voltage wiring as required working from diagrams and schematics.
- Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of HVAC systems; evaluate situations and take proper corrective action
- Perform air and water balance on HVAC and Plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, cut sheets and wiring diagrams, perform material takeoff and perform math computations as needed
- Ensure all project work is within OSHA guidelines and promote building and jobsite safety policies and procedures and promote a healthy work culture, reporting unsafe conditions to appropriate administrator
- Complete all required service-related documentation and reporting using computer, tablet and smart phone
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, technical school or related work experience, preferred
- Three years' experience with commercial HVAC systems, BAS knowledge is beneficial
- Med Gas, OSHA 10 and EPA Universal certifications or ability to obtain after hire
- Scissor lift, boom lift and rough terrain forklift experience or certification
- Knowledge of the efficient use of trade tools required for the industry with the ability to provide all personal hand tools (major tools/equipment provided by company)
- English language skills (written and verbal)
- Personal computer, tablet and smart phone skills
- Valid Pennsylvania Drivers License and acceptable motor vehicle record required
- Successful completion of background and drug screenings
