POSITION SUMMARY :
The Sales Manager will lead our inside and outside sales teams HVAC & plumbing. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing NexStar sales processes, and motivating the team to achieve targets. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations to align sales goals with overall company objectives and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Team Leadership & Development :
Manage, mentor, and support inside and outside sales team members.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Identify new market opportunities and lead efforts to expand the customer base.
Analyze market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in HVAC & plumbing services.
Oversee the management of CRM systems to track leads, sales opportunities, and customer interactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports for the Director of Operations.
Work with the operations, service, and customer support teams to ensure smooth handoff from sales to project execution.
