Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Day to day operations of carnival games such as greeting guests, in-depth rule explanation, upselling, encouraging the guests while they play.
- Performing sales tactics such as asking for replays, offering deals, encouraging trade-ups.
- Make memorable experiences by celebrating winners and completing our ‘8 Steps to Glory’ to provide an outstanding guest service.
- Accurately completing the sale on the point-of-sale register or device and the monitoring of prizes awarded.
- Creating attractive displays with the prizes and ensure the games are clean for the best sales appearance.
- Assist with inventory efforts, displays, counts and product transfers as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
