Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operations of carnival games such as greeting guests, providing in-depth rule explanations, upselling, and encouraging guests while they play.
- Performing sales tactics such as asking for replays, offering deals, and encouraging trade-ups.
- Making memorable experiences by celebrating winners and completing our ‘8 Steps to Glory’ to provide outstanding guest service.
- Accurately completing sales transactions on the point-of-sale register or device and monitoring prizes awarded.
- Creating attractive prize displays and ensuring games are clean for the best sales appearance.
- Assisting with inventory efforts, displays, counts, and product transfers as needed.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by management.

Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- Relevant combination of education, training, or experience.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Ability to manage priorities, adapt to changing workflows, and communicate effectively.
- Creative, flexible, and professional team player with strong guest service skills.
- Availability on weekdays is a must!
- Physically active role: standing, walking, and using hand dexterity frequently.
- Regular exposure to various weather conditions, including wet, humid, extreme heat, or cold.
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, kneel, lift up to 25 lbs, or work in high places.
- Exposure to loud noise and physically demanding environments.
