Requirements:
- FSESCI certification (or equivalent) or the ability to obtain within 60 days – can be provided by HB NEXT
- Previous construction field experience highly desired
- Reliable transportation
- Self-starter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deliver high-quality service to meet customer needs and expectations
- Review and assess completed work daily to ensure standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve common goals
