- New Project Starts:Oversee the initiation of new projects
- Internal Site Quality Audits/Quarterly Reviews:Conduct internal site quality audits and quarterly reviews to ensure compliance and high standards
- Additional Training:Provide and arrange additional training based on the results of internal site quality audits
- Vacation Schedules and Coverage Planning:Manage vacation schedules and plan coverage to ensure consistent team availability
- Emerging Leadership and Intermediate Management Training:Participate in leadership and management training programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities
- Independent Problem Solving:Ability to address and resolve issues proactively and independently
- Quality Assurance:Ensuring quality and productivity across the division
