Lot Attendant/Cashier/Shuttle Driver - Graveyard Shift Supervisor
HB Parking is seeking to immediately hire a Full Time Shift Supervisor for the overnight shift. The supervisor will be cross trained to operate as a cashier, lot attendant, shuttle driver and other roles within our company. Our company operates multiple parking locations in Seatac. A supervisor will have a home location but may be required at other locations during thier shift as staffing needs develop.
Each role in our company is important and critical to our success. Teamwork is truly required to complete the cycle of activity necessary to satisfy our guests and Company needs.
Successful candidates will be cross trained in the following roles:
- Parking Transport
- Valet Lot Operations
- Cashiering
- Shuttle
This position is for full or part time covering our graveyard shift 3-5 days per week. Part time candidates that have availability for graveyard 3 days a week are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities
The Overnight Supervisor supports and performs multiple roles and rotates through different roles within the company.
The Valet Operations role keeps the business moving. The Valet Operations role primarily entails moving, parking and tracking our vehicle inventory. Valet Operations work as a team to move hundreds of cars a day and must communicate with all of the guest operations team.
Specific duties of this role include:
- Follow and lead company policies and procedures
- Greet arriving guests and assist them with their luggage and check in process.
- Open and close tickets within the Point of Sales system.
- Log and Track vehicle inventory.
- Relocate newly arrived parking cars to staging or permanent parking areas.
- Between guest activities, organize parked cars throughout the parking lot.
- Retrieving parked cars and bringing them to the office to be available when returning guests are brought back from the airport by our shuttle.
- Strictly follow company policies and follow safe driving guidelines.
We conduct business 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, each individual is hired based on availability and the needs of the Company. While we have hiring needs across all shifts, our biggest needs are during peak travel days Thursday through Monday.
Qualifications
- Clean Driving Record. 3-year Driving abstract required.
- Consent to pull WA State driving record is required. More than 2 minor violations within 3 years or more than 1 at fault accident in 3 years will require exception.
- Good communication skills.
- Clean in appearance.
- Reliable Transportation to and from work.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Must have operational home or cell phone.
- Honest and dependable.
- Prefer 3 years driving experience.
- Able to read and write English.
