Job Description:
- Provide end-user support via phone, online, and in-person, following IIT procedures.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network connections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic Windows OS, security, and network issues.
- Monitor and escalate system alerts and network conditions.
- Manage service requests using IIT’s call tracking system.
- Assist in desktop imaging, system updates, and software patches.
- Work with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Support remote access, network printers, and security settings.
- Create documentation, tech tips, FAQs, and training materials.
- Participate in IT projects and recommend process improvements.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in high-volume help desk environments (2000 users).
- Familiarity with remote connections, cybersecurity tools, and asset management systems.
- Training or IT communications experience.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, TCP/IP networking, and Active Directory.
