ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for drawing project scopes and details using estimation software.
- Provides the required up-to-date copies of drawings and specifications to subcontractors.
- Assists the Project Manager with all phases of any given project.
- Initiates product purchases and ensures that project materials have arrived before the start date in coordination with the purchasing department.
- Issues, tracks, and responds to RFIs in an efficient and timely manner.
- Serves as a backup to the Project Manager and participates directly in Project Management initiatives in their absence.
- Ensures comprehensive project documentation by filing notes, documents, and project-related emails.
- Helps with any administrative overflow as needed.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
