About Us
We are a small growing and residential reputable remodeling company, known for delivering quality and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager Assistant to support our team, oversee projects, and ensure seamless communication between homeowners, contractors, employees, and subcontractors. We have a small home office in Sheridan, but a lot of our work is based in Salem (and surrounding areas), must be willing to travel between projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication & Scheduling: Serve as the primary or secondary point of contact for both customers and crews (subcontractors).
- Project Coordination: Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control, and adherence to timelines and budgets. Collect bids from existing and new subcontractors to keep projects on time, bugdet, and to quality standards
- Profit & Performance Management: Oversee project budgets, track profitability, and implement strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Admin Assistant: Assist with estimates, change orders, and invoicing. Including assist with payroll, reports, timecards and accounting when needed.
Qualifications
- Construction experience/knowledge is a plus
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in person, on phone, and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Bilingual is plus
- Background in quickbooks is a plus
