Bartender HBC

As a bartender you'll be whipping up delicious drinks, chatting with guests, and making sure everyone has a fantastic time. Provide top-notch customer service, and promote a compliant, safe and fun atmosphere for our guests.

Essential Job Functions:

• Champion our code of conduct and always adheres to professionalism.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures.
• Follows all state and federal laws.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Aces & Eights recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers in a respectful and friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. *Bartender is to perform the duties of a Server in the absence of one.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during service to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on current drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Obtain and maintain food handler’s certification recognized by the state of New Hampshire.
• Obtain and maintain T.E.A.M.S alcohol certification.

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
