What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Specialist position at HBC Management Services?
Haka Inc is seeking a professional full time (M-F) Warehouse Specialist with active secret clearance to work at our facility at Camp Smith in Honolulu. The Warehouse Specialist is concerned with all matters relating to the facilities' supply & equipment management.
Duties
- Central receiving point for all incoming and outgoing materials and packages
- Responsible for offloading, receiving, signing for, and recording incoming materials and packages
- Inspects and x-ray's all incoming material and packages for explosives, chemicals, and any other questionable items that may impact the safety, security, and accountability of the facility.
- Picks up bulk materials from other locations
- Delivers outgoing material and packages
- Ensure shredded material is properly disposed
- Maintains administrative files to include procurement request or documentation of orders placed in order to track and verify incoming shipments.
