HBC-radiomatic, Inc. is recognized as a leading global manufacturer of industrial radio remote control solutions and seeks an experienced and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join this best-in-class organization. The ideal candidate shall be able to demonstrate a proven ability to develop profitable business with electronic systems/control solutions within the industrial, mobile hydraulic, oil/gas and/or construction sectors through strategic planning and execution, establishing strong relationships with channel partners, and with a clear commitment to adding value to existing and potential clients.
Technical-based qualifications including an undergraduate degree in electrical or electronics engineering (B.Sc.) are preferred. Candidates must pride themselves on excellent organizational skills, strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. An understanding of wireless control systems and electrical and hydraulic machine interfaces, while not essential, will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute regional sales and marketing plans in alignment with company strategies to ensure appropriate brand representation for an industry leader, the development of potential customers in target market segments, and to ensure sales support efforts meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Proactively build professional relationships with key customers and across all organizational levels to ensure rapid and efficient responsiveness to customer needs.
- Provide tailored technical sales support to ensure optimized solutions for customer-specific applications and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with both internal and external business partners to ensure customer expectations are quickly and effectively addressed.
- Maintain a high level of understanding of current best practice and market trends related to control systems and safety philosophies.
Education, Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in a technical field with a track record of successful key account management and business development
- Customer oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer support
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work well with a variety of internal and external business partners
- Detail focused able to adhere to high quality standards
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from a college or technical school in a discipline of electrical, electronic and/or hydraulics principles
Extensive training is provided for proprietary HBC products and technologies.
