What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Production position at HBD Industries?
Thermoid offers competitive pay and benefits and a monthly attendance bonus for team members. Starting wage at $19.16 per hour and up with $1.50 per hour shift differential with the opportunity for an additional $0.50 per hour attendance bonus.
The Manufacturing Production employee will work on a variety of manufacturing tasks in the production of hose and ducting which may include operation of equipment, handling of raw materials, following build instructions, and moving of product from one area of the plant to another. This position will report to the Production Supervisor.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Follow our corporate policies of Safety, Quality and Productivity
Employ established set-up and Standard Operating Procedures for machines, tooling, gauging and other necessary equipment
Employ basic math skills of addition, subtraction and multiplication to report production
Provide accurate production reporting
Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition
Maintain reliable attendance record
Preferred Experience and Education
High school diploma or GED preferred
1-2 years in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with production reporting, computers and documentation is a plus
Physical Requirements
Flexible and long hours sometimes required. Physically medium duty work required
Requires standing continuously and walking occasionally throughout the day
Able to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 50 pounds frequently
