Position Overview
CCRT is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth across our aerospace and defense portfolio, including software solutions, hardware products, and maintenance services. This role manages multiple sales channels, including direct sales to intracompany divisions, channel partners, and eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
- Develop and execute strategic inside sales territory plans aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecast updates
- Implement structured account planning for key customers
- Monitor competitive activities and market trends within assigned territory
- Provide regular market intelligence feedback to product management teams
Sales Process Excellence
Follow established sales methodology and process stepsDocument all customer interactions and maintain detailed opportunity recordsUtilize sales enablement tools and resources effectivelyParticipate in regular sales training and skill development programsShare best practices and success stories with the sales teamMaintain high-quality standards in all customer communicationsImplement value-based selling techniquesIntracompany Sales

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field3-5 years of inside sales experience in aerospace, defense, or related technical industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience with both software and hardware salesStrong understanding of maintenance and support contract salesProficiency with CRM systems and eCommerce platforms (i.e., Salesforce, HubSpot)Excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to understand and communicate technical product detailsDemonstrated experience with solution selling methodologiesPreferred Qualifications
