We are looking for an Interim Head of Engineering Delivery to join us on a 6-month contract as we continue to drive transformative digital engineering initiatives. Key Responsibilities :
- Engineering Strategy :
As one of the senior leaders in the organisation, you will influence the development and lead the implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry trends for engineering.
Own the solution architecture with a key focus on quality control and code optimisation, the adoption of best-in-class technologies, and efficient CI / CD practice for HBK.
Collaborate with software and embedded software engineering teams across the business, product development, R&D, marketing, technology, and other relevant departments to influence digital engineering best practice.
Lead your team and partners - championing a culture of innovation and adaptability.
Establish the OKR framework to measure the success and impact of your team’s work in the business.
