Project Architect Position Summary
We are currently looking for a Project Architect with the following experience:
Qualifications
- Experience: 7-12 years of experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on Revit usage.
- Education & Certification: A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, with professional licensure.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and project management. Experience with governmental agencies, zoning ordinances, and building codes is critical.
- Preferred Experience:
- Design driven public projects
- Proficiency in Revit Sketchup AutoCAD Photoshop Microsoft Office & Bluebeam.
- Organized, motivated, dedicated, efficient with ability to communicate professionally.
- Competent knowledge of building materials, and construction techniques.
- Sufficient knowledge of engineering disciplines to coordinate work.
- Must possess current, thorough knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations.
- Knowledge of professional ethics applying to the practice of Architecture.
