- Gas operator qualification to conduct Local Law 152 inspections
- Full gas work qualification for installing gas piping
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive
- Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of NYC DOB Gas Fuel Codes
- A NYC Department of Buildings Full Gas Qualification (preferred but not required)
