Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager for HBox, you will focus on promoting and selling our virtual care services to independent cardiology practices across Arizona. This role requires an experienced sales professional with deep knowledge of the cardiology space and a proven track record of driving technology adoption and market development.
You will identify and sign new customers, build strong relationships, and develop account strategies to grow your territory. This is a highly visible, impactful role where you will directly contribute to HBox’s mission of advancing cardiovascular care.
Key Responsibilities
· Promote and Sell HBox Solutions: Engage independent cardiology practices and physician groups to showcase the value of our virtual care platform.
· Identify and Acquire New Customers: Generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals with cardiology practices throughout Arizona.
· Territory Business Planning: Develop and execute account/territory business plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
· Market Development: Build programs to drive adoption of HBox’s services, positioning the company as a trusted partner for cardiology care.
· Relationship Building: Leverage your network to establish relationships with independent cardiologists and cardiology groups across Arizona.
· Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas for the assigned territory.
· Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and deliver customer success.
Requirements
· Experience: 5 years of sales experience in the cardiology space, preferably in virtual care or healthcare technology.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 10 years of cardiology industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
· Network: Established relationships with independent cardiologists and cardiology groups in Arizona.
· Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in technology adoption, market development, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Territory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Arizona cardiology market and its dynamics.
· Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable discussing and promoting healthcare technology solutions.
· Work Arrangement: The role can be in the form of a 1099 / consultancy format.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
