What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gate Attendant FLOATER position position at HBS Stratford Community Management?
Controlled Access Gate Attendant for manned gatehouses in HOA communities in the Tucson area. Floater positions available (24-40 hours/week) with the possibility of full time. Schedule is variable and subject to change with short-term notice. Floaters train at multiple locations and fill-in when/where needed. MUST be able to train Monday - Friday during the AM hours.
Primary responsibilities include: Stand to greet every visitor with enthusiasm and promptness. Verify all visitors are authorized for entry, log vehicle information quickly and accurately. Enter RFID tags for homeowners and make parking passes as needed. Answer phone calls and accommodate owners who stop by gatehouse for assistance. Must have basic computer skills, be able to multi-task and exhibit excellent customer service under all circumstances.

Paid training. Probation period for all new hires. Floater position works at multiple locations with varying shifts.
