Position Overview : HBS Systems is seeking a Programmer join our team. The Programmer designs, builds, tests, and maintains efficient and reliable code. This also includes researching, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production life cycle. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for supporting and enhancing our existing systems. This includes addressing bug fixes and implementing performance improvements to ensure continued system stability and optimal performance.

Location : Remote

Salary Range : $75,000 to $85,000 Annually

Key Responsibilities :

Provide support to the design, development, and implementation and maintenance of HBS software.
Implement performance and quality modules.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs. Devise solutions to these problems.
Help to maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Update and expand existing programs.
Understand the full details of what the software is required to do, and what functions the end user needs to make the software more user-friendly.
Designs, tests and develops software to meet the end users' needs.
Develop a schedule for project completion and meet deadlines as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Must have at least three years of programming experience

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members and management in both written and verbal form.

Strong organizational skills and project management ability

Strong C / C experience

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
