Why we open this position?

The Logistics Assistant will help in the delivery of various Logistics services for the Miami office staff & for specific events.

He will also support the Manager in the administrative tasks and procedures.

Your responsibilities

Corporate / Projects

To book Logistics services for the Miami office staff :

Accommodation

Transportation (flights, rental cars…)

To support the Logistics Manager in the implementation of the logistics internal procedures :

Travel strategies, logistics workflows, booking procedures and policies

Administrative follow up on invoice validations and financial procedures

Data processing on various Logistics tools

Is it really for me?

Detail-oriented and thorough in checking documents

Excellent IT skills, in particular Excel and Word

Good interpersonal interaction with the ability to liaise with individuals at different levels of the organization and with external suppliers

Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
